I am constantly having a problem with windows in XP home
and web sites coming up in less than full window size. I
have to click them to get full size.
Any suggestions?

Don't use maximize. Use the double arrows to resize the window, then
File/Exit or Close.

You might try this...when you open your explorer to a website, click on the
Maximize button on the top right, that will make the window full screen.
Next, go to file, then Close. Now, the next time you open your explorer it
should be a full screen window.

When you move your mouse cursor to the edge of windows, the icon will turn
into a double arrow. When it does, left click and drag the edge of the
window to the size you would like.
