Our problem is this.
We were sent a fax and the fax monitor indicated that the fax had been
successfully received. The name of the sender was shown in the little flag
window that tells you a fax has been received.
However, when we clicked in the window as instructed to view the fax,
everything just disappeared - there is no reference to having received the
fax at all. No indication in the log of fax calls in the inbox of the fax
console - nothing.
We asked the sender to send the fax 4 more times and the same thing happened
each time.
When we asked the same sender to repeat the procedure a fifth time but this
time received the fax on a standard fax machine there were no problems.
We have tested sending and receiving faxes from other senders and had no
trouble whatever.
Can anyone help here? The sender is pretty important to us and not
everything can be e-mailed instead.
