IE

Hi,
my IE has completely stopped running in normal though it
will work in safe mode. The error message I get is "cannot
read memory at..." Because of this I cannot get into my
docs etc. except in safe mode where it will not let me
burn to CD or run my firewall. I have updated Windows from
CD but can find no way of reinstalling IE.
Any ideas PLEASE.
