View Full Version : Disappearing icons?

A previously installed Internet connection no longer shows up when I go to Network Connections. There is no icon in that section nor the Taskbar. This presents a problem as the only way I can turn off the connection is to close down the PC. I am a savy co
mputer user but I am completly baffled by this problem. I can get it to copnnect to the Internet by going to Netscape and clicking `E-mail` but otherwise have no control over connecting or disconnecting or any other attributes. I have tried, many times, t
o crerate a "new" connection but nothing shows up.
Any help or suggestion would be appreciated.
Thanks,
Bernard
