For some reason I can not access (through the web)any
thing that has to do with Javascript. Other than
javascipt I have no proplem navagating. Please help!

visit http://java.sun.com/ and download and install Java VM.

The complaint was about JavaScript. Installing a Java Virtual Machine
will do nothing for your ability to process JavaScript. Java and
JavaScript are two entirely different things.

But, your browser should be able to handle JavaScript without you
doing anything at all. You can turn off JavaScript by using
Tools|Internet Options, clicking the "Security" tab, choosing a zone
and clicking the "Custom" button to change the appropriate settings.
(I can't tell you exactly what because my employer blocks our access
to such things. I can't see the dialog box.)
