At several internet web pages especially ebay, I'm now getting the following message popping up on my screen "Your current security settings prohibit you from running Active X controls on this page. As a result the page will not display properly." Can y
ou tell me what I need to do to allow the pages to display properly again so I won't continue getting this message? This appears to have started after downloading the current updates from Microsoft on 7/14/04. I'm running IE 6 and have never had this iss
ue before now. Any help would be provided. Dell didn't seem to have the answers and the Microsoft web page I was directed too, looked to not specifically address the issue.
Thanks

I also Need help in activation of ActiveX, all tests indicate that my
activex is
not running. All known firewalls, AV and blockers have been disabled, All
IE6 settings on security and privacy set to low, and everything is set to
enable. Uninstall and reinstalled IE6 and updates. Any suggestions on how to
reactivate ActiveX in IE6?
