C:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM32\AUTOEXEC.NT The system file is not suitable for running MS-DOS and Microsoft Windows applications. Choose "Close" to terminate the application.

this is coming on with both software programmes even though one of them has been installed on this pc previously with no problems, I have tried to install another program, a game and that installed with no problems but these two won't install and I don't k
now why as I haven't altered anything on my pc which could be causing it, can anyone help? how could I resolve this without having someone out to rectify it?
Thanks.

It would help if you could tell us what programs and their versions of what
your trying to install.
