I need to update my BIOS and therefore reboot into the

Create a boot floppy disk.

Insert a blank floppy into your floppy disk drive. R Click the Floppy in My
Computer and Click Format. Place a checkmark in the "Create an MS-DOS
startup disk" and click Start.

Once formatted. copy the necessary BIOS update files to the floppy disk and
you are ready to go.
