Missin Taskbar and Start Button Xp Home

One of my computers lost the taskbar and Start button
foprm the desktop. It is there when you start in Safe
mode. Any help? Also when I go into the control panle
and click on Start Up and Taskbatr icon, nothing
happens. AS well as when I click on the windows key.

Put cursor at bottom of screen. Does it turn into a two-headed arrow ? If
it des, hold right mouse button while dragging arrow up until taskbar snaps
back into place.
