Add/Remove not working

I tried to remove a program(Star Wars Jedi...)via
the "Add/Remove" programs in Control Panel.
When I click add/Remove button, the screen flickers but
nothing happens. I have Norton Systemworks Pro 2003 and
after a few checks/diagnostics there doesn't seem to be a
problem with my computer. I even tried to re-install the
game but it's telling me to uninstall first! Please help!
