Hi NG,

When I press <alt>+a numberkey, I don't get the symbol or letter I'm
supposed to get. For example <alt>+064 should give me a @, instead I get a
♦. MSWord and Outlook Express give me different symbols for the same
keystrokes, with some key combinations. For example <alt>+0241 is supposed
to be a <ñ>, which I still get in MSWord, but in Outlook Express I get a ☺
It used to work normally until a few days ago.
Does anyone know what has happened or how I can fix it?

Check each program for the defaulted font. Different fonts will give you
different symbols.
