I just installed SP2 for winXP and now I can't find/work with "Network
Connections" anymore.

Any suggestions?

I wanted to adjust the IP address and DNS settings to my local net...
but...

I have the same problem with the RTM version. I had to uninstall it to get
my Network Connections, Anti-Virus, windows installer, and several other
things to start working again...
