Backup Utility

I wanted to backup my data files using XP's backup
utility which supposedly comes in
Programs/Accessories/system Tools, however, this
particular utility is not there. I searched MS site for
downloads or other helps to activiate this utility with
no avail.

Does anyone know how to activiate backup utility so it
would show up in System Tool folder or can anyone
suggests a backup software to be installed on my PC.
