I have a client that spends about 5 hours a day on conference calls to
different organizations. He would like to be able to make his calls on a PC
and then record 'both sides' of the conversation. He has a program called
'phone tools' to make the calls but he needs another program that can record
both what he says AND what he hears. Anyone have any suggestions?

*Note: I did inform my client of his legal obligation to let all parties
involved know that they are being recorded and he says that that's no
problem. He just has a problem remembering everything that was discussed
during the call.

Thanks for any suggestions.

Total Recorder is configured as a sound device and can record almost any
sound that passes through your sound-card.
Dictation Buddy is also good.
