File attributes

When I send a file to the CD it is given a 'read only'
attribute. Ths system will not let me change the
attribute. How can I save without having each file
become a read only file?

I do not think you can, a CD is a read only medium. A cd-rw is
re-writable, and at least the one I use as a disk, are nor read only.
