I have XP Pro installed,and whenever I re-position a
window, it moves as though it were underwater. This is
disconcerting since my old Windows 98, and XP Home did not
perform that way.Does anyone know where I can get
some "magic dust" to sprinkle on them, so that they will
behave "normally"?

The "magic dust" is locate right next to the "crystal ball"
