WindowsXP will see and be able to access the FAT32 partition even if it's
own partition is NTFS.
Windows98 will not be able to see, nor access the NTFS partition.

need another WinXP partition to be accessible to other operating systems but
I may have to transfer files between the partitions. Is it possible to
transfer files between partitions using different FATs? Is it even possible
to have partitions with different FATs on a single hard drive?
