cd-rw drive tray wont open

There is a chance that it could be a bad cd-rw. Or it
might have gotten jammed. Take a long paper clip and you
should see a hole below the tray that opens. Push the
paper clip in their and see if it will open it. That may
unjam it, if it is jammed. Other than that, it just may
be a bad cd-rw.
