Hi

I'm having trouble with my desktop. Instead of the normal
screen with my wallpaper and icons, I have the wallpaper
with a portion of the screen having a bar on the left of
the display with folder options. If I highlight any of
the desktop icons the folder options for that particular
folder are displayed as they would be if I opened It. Am
I missing something basic here??

Hi Steve,

Remove Common Tasks from the Desktop (Line 15)

To use the Regedit: Save the REG File to your hard disk. Double click it
and answer yes to the import prompt. REG files can be viewed in Notepad by
right clicking on the file and selecting Edit.
