Copy files to CD - did not save Folder views

I had set the My Picture folder to be viewed as
thumbnails.

When I copied this folder and its sub-folders to CD, I
got several messages about problems with files
named "thumbs.db" and the view was not written to the CD
(When I Explored the CD, the My Pictures folder was
displayed as Tiles.

Please let me know how I can fix this
