I just installed (clean install) Windows XP Professional
SP1 on my home computer and now I can't download or
install and microsoft software without getting an error
message that the software has not passed the microsoft
logo testing. This was first brought to my attention when
I tried to install the software for a logitech clicksmart
310 digital camera. This camera works fine on my other XP
machine. Any ideas of what is going on? Thanks, Dean

Were the devices using the same drivers as these are or are you using
updated drivers?
