Am not getting a prompt to auto disconnect when closing internet explorer

I am no longer getting a prompt to stay connected or auto-
disconnect from my dial-up connection when I close
Internet Explorer. How can I get things set back up so
that I will get the prompt or automatically close the dial-
up connection when I close Internet Explorer?

Go to Control panel and then click on internet properties.

Click on the connection tab at the top. Now click on you dial up connection
and click on the settings button.
Down near password you will see a button marked advanced, click on it.
Check the box that says 'disconnect when connection may no longer be needed'

That should resolve your issue now.
