You can delete the folder from the Recovery Console with the DEL and
RD commands.

Make sure that you do only delete files and folders via the Windows
Explorer or - better - via the IE > Tools > Options > Delete Files. If
you delete data with third-party file managers the INDEX.DAT file is
not updated and may grow up.
