My computer (Win XP home edition) automatically loggs me
off. How can I stop it. I had installed and then
uninstalled "Stuart Little 2 'Roofskate' game" recently.

Does it log you off after the screen saver comes up??
IF it does-
Right click anywhere on the desktop and go down to properties. Select
Screen Saver tab at the top.
Uncheck "On resume show welcome screen"

Do you mean, that, out of the blue, the machine just logs you off? Does
it do anything or show anything on the screen after this happens?

Yes. If I remain idle for about one minute, then a dialog
comes and it says "Stuart Little 2 trial period expired"
and there is a 'ok' box. If I don't do anything for about
a minute then the logon (welcome) screen comes and I have
to log in again.
Thanks.

No, but a dialog comes saying "Stuart Little 2 trial
period expired" and there is a 'ok' box. If I don't do
anything for about a minute then the logon (welcome)
screen comes and I have to log in again.

The system is apparently treating the game as though it were a screen saver.
As Ben Williams in this thread posted, "Right click anywhere on the desktop
and go down to properties. Select
Screen Saver tab at the top.
Uncheck "On resume show welcome screen"
