Users

i an unable to create new users. I can click on control
panel and user accts but nothing happens, i don't get a
screen allowing me to set up a new user.

please help

Trey,

What if you try to launch nusrmgr.cpl from the Run dialog? (You can open
the Run dialog by pressing Windows key + R key.) Typically .cpl files run
under rundll32.exe. If nothing happens when you launch nusrmgr.cpl then do
a search of your hard drive and ensure that rundll32.exe is still present
under %windir%\system32. Perhaps it got corrupted.
