HELP-Duplicate programs

Every time my son downloads or adds a progam it appears
on every users menu. The rest of us do not really have a
use for most of the programs he downloads and don't want
them downloaded on our user. For the life of me I can't
figure out how to stop this. Can some please help- (1)
How do I stop it from happening again and (2) How do I
take off the programs he has already installed with
taking it off of his user?

If you look in Explorer, you can call up each users menu under their name.
Right Click on the START button, and select "EXPLORE"

You'll see under "Documents and settings" that there will be an "all users"
'set' of folders, along with other folders named in some way relating to the
other users. Likelyhood is that the shortcuts are being placed in the "all
users" set, and it is from there you need to remove them so they won't
display in each menu.
