keyboard shortcut

Everytime I type the 'r' key on my keyboard the Run
program starts. how do I stop that from happening.

There may be a problem with the ALT key. Tap the key once and if this
does not help clean or replace the keyboard.

I assume that you meant the Windows key, not the Alt key.
