I have an Hp 533 w/Celeron 2Ghz. WinXP svc.pk.1
256MB SDRAM.
problem: When I go to MS Knowledge Base site, the characters on the screen
are huge. I can only see 1 or 2 letters at a time. The site heading text is
in correct size but everything else is big. View tab-chose smallest type.
Can't figure out what is going on. This seems to be the only site that I
experience this on. any help? bob

In Internet Explorer select Tools/Internet Options/General tab/Accessibility
button. Remove any check marks under the Formatting section.
