Well you can start by

a) Not yelling at those you expect to assist you. Typing all in caps is
incredibly rude - not to mention hard to read.

b) When you have mastered the basic nuances of netiquette, try posting in
the right place. This group is strictly for people having problems with the
Windows XP operating system.

c) When you have managed to find the correct place, have the courtesy to
give the good folk there some information. Your post makes absolutely no
sense whatsoever.

Wasn't that incredibly helpful?
Here's another way to do what you ask:
When in Word, go to Insert/Picture/From File, and inster the pic into your
document.
Next, double click on the picture, and you should get the Format Picture
Box. Choose Layout/Advanced/Through. You can now move your ppic anywhere.
Now was that so hard, and no need to be so rude, dude!

(SORRY ABOUT SCREAMING-USER MUST BE DEAF)

IF YOU HAVE A PICTURE ON SCREEN- SELECT ACTIVE WINDOW WITH PICTURE IN IT
AND PRESS ALT AND THEN AT SAME TIME PRESS PRINT SCREEN. THIS WILL PUT THE
PICTURE IN YOUR CLIPBOARD. PASTE INTO ART PROGRAM AND CROP WINDOW BORDER,
AND PASTE INTO WORD.
