Installation of AOL on WIndows XP?

If I install AOL (ugh) on my girlfriends Windows XP PC where she is
the administrator, will it carry on down to her childrens accounts for
use? Or can a shortcut be placed to it?

OR Must I install it in each of her 3 kids accounts in XP?

That is why I like just one account (in total) for people with kids or
2 accounts (regardless of # of kids) at max.
