I use Windows XPHome on my laptop and just installed windows service pack
nr.1
The ridiculous consequence is that when I click certain icons I get a
message that the application cannot be started and I am asked if I have an
authorisation to use that application.
Could somebody explain how I can get rid of all this acces-stuff.
I am the only one using my laptop and I seldom go with my laptop on the
internet.
So how can I fully exclude al this network stuff and get full immediate
acces to everything.
