Changing Default "My Pictures" location

When I click on "My Pictures" from the start menu, it
goes to an obscure location associated with my digital
camera. I would like my default folder to be elsewhere.
I have tried right clicking and searching Windows Help &
I can't find out how to do this. Help!

Simply move the MY PICTURES folder (or the folder that is now
associated to this variable) to another location on the HDD with the
Windows Explorer-
