Hi there,

Instaled a Win2kSBS network. Everything working fine and
then the winXP machine decides not to see the domain
anymore. I take it out the domain and try to put it back
in and won't let me saying the domain controller cannot be
contacted.

Am convinced its something to do with DNS, but how and why
did it go wrong? and, how do i fix it?

thanks!

XP Home has never been able to join a domain - by 'anymore' one assumes
you're running Pro, right? Are you sure everything's OK on the host side?
You might want to repost in microsoft.public.windowsxp.network_web - you're
more likely to receive more valuable assistance.

You dumb ****ing ****! Where does he say he has "Home", or Home joining =
a domain? It is obvious what he is using, and that he could join a =
domain until he made a change installing Win2kSBS network.Funnt, since =
your brain stem ask him about Pro, but then you don't remove the mention =
of Home after you realize that he has Pro and has problems. You're such =
a ****ing pillock!
