You will have to get a third party software, The one I
use is called "Hide Files and Folders" Try this link:

There isn't a way to put a password on just one folder and it's contents?

In Xp as long as you are logged on to your own account
everything that is availible to you is availible to whom
ever is in your account. If another account was created
for another user then you would not share your personals
and no one would have access. This is the only way that I
know of to lock one folder\file from access in your own
account. I might mention this software has options to
hide the folder\file and\or just to password it. eg. you
click on it and a password box pops up, your enter your
password and it opens for you. You may be able to find
freeware or shareware for a simular software. Try Cnet or
Znet.com. Good Luck
