IE 6 Toolbar

Everytime I reboot the IE6 toolbar resets all of my changes. Also, the systray toolbar resets the changes I've made. I know there is a patch for this. I used it on another pc (4mths ago). I can't find it. help

Click Start, Run and enter REGEDIT Go to:

HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\Curre ntVersion\Policies\Expl=
orer

Look in the right pane for a value called NoSaveSettings. If it exists, =
double click it and set it to 0 (zero). If not, right click in a blank =
area of the right pane, select New, DWord value and name it =
NoSaveSettings. Leave it at 0.
