taskbar language toolbar wont go away

I was playing around with the different toolbars that can
be added to the taskbar, just to see what they were.
After playing I closed all but the quick launch which I
use. Now everytime I restart - the language toolbar keeps
opening up. I turn it off but it keeps coming back the
next time I turn on the computer.
How can I make it go away for good?

Start -> Control Panel -> Regional and Language Options -> Languages Tab ->
Details Button -> Settings Tab -> Language Bar... Button -> Remove Check
from box "Show addtional Language bar icons in the taskbar.
