outlook express

i have outlook express and i dont have a search the web
on the toolbar and i am not sure how to put it on help
please sorry it is so basic but i am a beginner Pat

Outlook Express is an email/newsgroup program. I don't recall (I don't
use it anymore) that it has a "Search the Web Toolbar".

Internet Explorer, a web browser, should and probably has that toolbar
button. If not there, check View | Toolbars menu to ensure all toolbars
visible.
