Is there a backup utitlity in XP Home? If so, where do I
find it?

Backup *is* included with XP Home (although not necessarily with
all OEM editions or restore CDs). However, unlike in XP
Professional, it's not automatically installed in XP Home.

If you have the complete XP Home CD, find backup on the CD, in
\ValueAdd\MSFT\NTBACKUP and install it yourself.
