Trying to Convert My fat32 drive to ntfs.. but
Ithe "wizard" is a no-show in Diskmgmt.
But then I can't even Log on as an Administraor on my one
machine XP ststem :-)

Hi Bare,

Can you logon with Admin proviledges?

If not, then don't bother converting yet, as you need to resolve this issue
first. For a Pro user, either remmeber the password, reset it from an admin
level acct, or backup your data and start over. For a Home user, try booting
to safe mode and using a blank password.

Once you've resolved the password problem, start/ru ncmd, from the prompt
run:

convert <drive> /fs:ntfs

For the system drive, follow the prompts to schedule it to occur upon a
system restart (you cannot convert the drive while it is in use, you will
receive a message about a dismount failure). Read this before converting:
