Your system and Microsoft's update service are going to sort that out for you and IIRC v5 is still BETA.
Say IMHO best not to touch anything unless one knows what one's doing and there's a real good
reason to do so.

v5 started a mini rollout 29 July.
Starting then, computers are starting to have the final version
installed.

Patrick;
Either one will give you the necessary updates.
Once Service Pack 2 is installed v5 will be the site you use.
v5 is on a mini rollout and is slowly being installed on computer set
for Automatic Update.
