windows sp2

does anyone know when sp2 is comming out for windows if it has allready come out i didn't get it on my windows update screen how do i get it?

Many unreliable rumors have it out in the next few days.
It is not out yet.
Normally Microsoft makes no statements regarding exact release dates
and SP2 is no different.
All Microsoft has stated is "mid-2004", which is now.

thank you jupiter jones i was readding the security report on microsoft.com lastnight after i wrote this and i found in that that sp2 was supposed to be out in june 2004 but i don't see it anywhere on microsoft.com except the beta version that has bugs in it again thanks for your response

Final testing was completed this morning and build 2180 was released to
manufacturing. Look for the release on WU starting on or about the 10th of
this month.
