MAPI32.DLL

When trying to access outlook and some other programs, I
get a message that reads: "The ordinal 23 could not be
located in the dynamic link library MAPI32.DLL". Have not
found out how to resolve this. Suggestions appreciated.

The file may be damaged. See "OL98: How to Replace a Missing or
Damaged Mapi32.dll" (http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=260972). If
this does not help or does not work with your version of Outlook you
may want to post this to an Outlook group like
news://msnews.microsoft.com/microsoft.public.outlook.general
