Windows xp SP2 issue

I have installed windows xp sp2 and the windows security
center reports the antivirus cannot be monitired becasue
it states Norton is not reporting its status? I have
uninstalled and reinstalled antivirus 2004proffessional
and still have this problem. the Antivirus is turned on
and updated.

How do I fix this?
