ie start page

HELP!!!!
I have tried countless times to change my start page for internet explorer.
this search page (strartpage.info) continues to return. I have tried to
remove it with AOL spyware, spybot, spyblaster and Mc Afee virus soft ware,
in each instant it has not moved. I have even tried to download startpage's
so called uninstaller, this DID NOT work either. I am going crazy what can i
do to get rid of this?
