All you have to do is right click on your desktop,
click on "Properties," at the top click on "appearance,"
at the bottom right corner of the appearance screen,
there should be an icon called "advanced" click on that.
Then there should be a scroll down munu called "Item" and
find what you need to change under that scroll down menu.
There you go, i hope this message helped you alot!!

Yes I have gone here, but can't find the icon spacing - additionally, it
allows you to change the font size for the title bar, menu bars and dialog
boxes, but not the desktop icon text size and explorer pane text sizes.
Anywhere else?

Sorry, just had to look further, I didn't realize that the drop down is more
extensive than what you can click on and that the entry Icon, also adjusted
the explorer pane text sizes.
Thanks so much
