I have a Canon BJC 2000 Printer. I went to the Canon site and downloaded the
latest driver for Windows XP for my printer. It said that the Microsoft Logo
was not signed when I installed it, but I went ahead anyway. Ever since I
have installed this driver, my PC just shuts down all by itself randomly. I
can be typing, or moving the mouse, and it will just restart, or do nothing
at all, and it will restart randomly all by itself. Then it loads the Windows
update page and the Online Crash Analysis page saying, "Device Driver Caused
Online Crash" and "exact device driver cannot be determined"
I really like the new driver for my printer because it offers more features
and it makes printing so much easier!!! But this restart thing is getting
annoying!
Is there anyway that Microsoft can contact Canon and sign that driver, so
Windows XP will recognize it?
Please Help!?

Actually your website did not help all together, so I went back to the canon
site and they gave me the "Uninstall and reinstall correctly" instructions.
Thanks, I was doing it the wrong way.
Thanks so much, and God Bless!
