Is there any way to remove large files which are somehow
being used? Another words, it won't delete no matter what
i do. That includes restarting, removing background
programs, and using an antivirus.
Any ideas? I have found one solution, but i don't like to
use that way. It would be better if someone knew of a
program made to delete items like this. Or simply a
technique to remove files.
ok plz respond soon, I need to free up 2gbs of space.

Hi Slick,
For media files, try opening the media player and deleting the file from the
playlist, then go back and delete the file itself.
For others, see this workaround from MVP Kelly:

Try booting into safe mode, by pressing F8 as windows is loading.
This may prevent the file from being loaded by windows and allow you to
delete it.
Then reboot into normal windows.
It's always worked for me.
