Some of these programs are very invasive and can be found
in multiple locations in the registry. Go>start\run and
type in regedit and click ok. Now click edit and then find
and type in the name of the program you want to find and
hit enter. Right click on the entry that is highlighted
and click delete. Now you will have to click edit and then
find next. Once again right click any file with the name
on the left and delete and entries on the right and delete
if they are in a file with a name other than that of the
program. Caution should be taken when deleteing in the
registry. Be sure the entry has the name of the program
you want to delete in it and when in doubt do a backup.
Good luck.

Thanks for the help. I found that it was putting an item into my MSCONFIG
that ran a file called WINSTART.EXE which was tucked into the
c:\WINDOWS\SYSTEM directory. I deleted the file, changed msconfig, and
everything is better. I will look into the other programs for the immunize
features.

Thanks,
Bruce

Uhhh, that is not related to spyware, that is related to a common virus. You might want to consider a good virus scanner before you
tackle your spyware issues.
