Hi
Here's the problem. Computer shut down ok. on restart
windowsxp never loads. after a while it says to
reinstall. on reinstall there is a step which says to
continue will delete files on an NTFS file format for
security is it refering to system files. and will
reinstalling destroy personal and loaded in software
