no poroduct id for xp

A few months ago most of our belongings, including our
computers were lost in a file. Our two copies of windows
xp were spared, as they were in the cd case in my car.
However, we do not have the product id's for them, as they
were not in the original jewel cases and as I said, our
computers were destroyed. How can I get a new product id
so as to install these programs on different computers
which we have purchased?

If they were a retail licenses and you have proof of purchase:

If they were OEM licenses, they are not transferable to any other
computers.

I would imagine that the software included with those computers would be
part of the insurance claim, no?
